Inside the Lodge, you'll find exercise and training rooms with sophisticated workout equipment and plush locker rooms.

Our Fitness Center houses a variety of weight training and aerobic equipment for all of your personal training and on-the-go workouts. The Fitness Center is open 6 am to 9pm daily. Opportunities for health and wellness are vast - join local fitness and health experts in our monthly Speaker Series', enlist the help of a fitness professional to boost your golf game or balance your active lifestyle with a spa session in our plush spa rooms.

  • Fitness Classes
    • Weekly seasonal and fixed classes offer the variety work the entire body and complement an active lifestyle. Signature classes, such as Core Rotation and Butt & Gut are taught by our in-house Fitness Professional and are offered year-round. Our most popular class is outdoor yoga, offered on a cool, grassy spot by the river, is offered in the summer months 3 days a week.

  • Personal Training
    • For those looking to achieve personal fitness goals or simply get more out of their workout regimen, one-on-one Personal Training is also available. The Club's Fitness Professional and other qualified Personal Trainers are available by appointment in single or punch pass sessions.

  • Spa Services
    • Rejuvenate during your stay at the Club with a fifty or eighty minute massage in either one of our two spa rooms at the Lodge or in the privacy of your cabin or suite. In addition to massages, the Club also offers skin care treatments - the most popular are the RFC Signature Facial and the Oxygen Facial. New this summer, the Club will have an in-house manicure and pedicure station in the Spa rooms, adding the a deluxe Shellac treatment the array of services offered.

  • Hiking & Biking
    • The Club is situated amongst miles of hiking, biking and riding trails int he Roaring Fork Valley. Our Activities Director guides weekly hiking trips in the summer and snowshoeing trips in the winter for Members to explore the Valley's hidden gems and experience the beauty of Colorado's flora and fauna. Annual overnight hiking trips to nearby 14-ers and the popular one-way hike to Crested Butte are Member favorites. The paved Rio Grande Trail that stretches from Aspen to Glenwood, runs right through the Club property. The Club offers group rides on the Rio Grande, transporting everyone to Aspen where the group casually rides downvalley, stopping for lunch along the way, and ending the day right back at the Club. All biking activities are family friendly for kids over 10 years.

  • Tennis
    • Featuring two Har-Tru tennis courts, the tennis program at the Club provides clinics and lessons for all levels and abilities. Weekly clinics for men, women and kids offer the opportunity to learn the game or improve your strokes in the company of friends and a trained Tennis Professional. Private and semi-private lessons are available throughout the season.
