The cabins 52 - 64 project
The Cabins 52 – 64 project addresses the needs of our growing membership, providing three prototype cabin designs ranging from 3,200 to 4,000 square feet. Each cabin provides 4 to 5 bedrooms and/or den, enlarged great room and kitchen, and enhanced outdoor light. The amenities will include remote enclosed garage parking, cart path access, creation of a new pond, live stream features, and spectacular views from Basalt Mountain to Light Hill which encompass up valley sunrises and down valley sunsets. Architecture and landscape features will be in keeping with long-established traditions of the Roaring Fork Club.
Roaring Fork Club Properties, LLC, Developer, has assembled a professional project team that is moving forward on several fronts:
- Preliminary and Final Development Plan entitlements through the Town of Basalt
- Architectural design of three cabin prototypes for buyer selection
- Selection of a Builder to assist with pre-construction services & construct the cabins
- Working with reservation holders and prospective owners on site and cabin selection and formal site purchase and cabin construction agreements Implementing a schedule that achieves entitlements late 2017, site closings in January 2018, cabin construction beginning second quarter 2018 and initial occupancy second quarter 2019
