As a Member of the Roaring Fork Club, you’ll enjoy a luxurious environment that embodies the active lifestyle the Club provides. Our quest is to create the complete culture and experience by incorporating all aspects of total wellness, including Pilates, Yoga, Fitness, Personal Training, Spa Services and more.
Equipment
The Roaring Fork Club features high-performance fitness equipment offering the most advanced cardiovascular and strength training systems. Matrix cardiovascular equipment will feature personal wireless flat-screen entertainment centers. Available to you, is the full circuit of the Technogym Selection Line, including a separate Abdominal, Lower Back, Torso Rotation, ‘CORE’ section. The free-weight, balance, functional training area features Urethane Dumbbells from 3-60 pounds, adjustable benches, pulleys, and all of the necessary equipment to reach any health and fitness goal.

Fitness Professionals are available to Roaring Fork Club Members at the following rate:
$105/hour or 10 sessions for $950

Sports Stretch with Jennifer Mendez
This class will focus on restoring
your body each week through
the use of foam rollers, stretch
cords, dowel rods, and hand
balls. Different movements will
release tightened muscles and
connective tissues, helping to
prevent injury. We highlight areas
that are generally tight, as well as
personalized problem areas.

Butt & Gut with Curtis Schwab
This class will focus on the common problem areas of the glutes and abs. Help eliminate back issues, improve your posture, your reflection in the mirror and all of your sports activities through a solid core and a stronger, more flexible hip area. Focus will be placed on the proper alignment and techniques to safely and efficiently work the abs, obliques, lower back, butt and upper thighs.

Core & Rotation with Curtis Schwab
This class will focus on spinal alignment, core strength, flexibility, balance, posture and an increased range in motion-perfect for your golf game. The class drills will include hip rotation, torso isolation, head stability, biomechanics, shoulder strength and everyday warm up stretching routines.
