Full Body Conditioning
The Pilates Method was originally referred to as Mind Body Contrology, by its innovator Joseph H. Pilates. This comprehensive full body conditioning system employs a combination of equipment using spring resistance, barrels and other small accessories. It is a proven, integrated and systematic approach to healthy movement that:

Private Instruction
The Roaring Fork Club has partnered with Studio 360, owned by Robin Beck, a licensed physical therapist and successful certified Pilates instructor. Members can practice the art of Pilates training at the Club with a talented group of certified instructors.
