Yoga classes are an excellent compliment to your Roaring Fork Club fitness experience. Our dedicated instructors lead inclusive classes geared toward novices and advanced students alike. During the summer months, Members enjoy both indoor studio classes and outdoor classes in a tranquil setting along the Roaring Fork River. All yoga classes are complimentary for Members.

Moxie Flow Yoga with Jayne Gottlieb and Harriet Spalding
This engergetic class is set to fantastic music from all over the world. Rhythm inspired, the class strings
traditional yoga postures together in non-traditional sequences. Increase your balance, flexibility and core
strength while stretching your body and mind in class and out into the community.

Vinyasa Flow with Emily Hightower
This challenging yoga class focuses on flowing sequences timed with breathing to enhance core strength,
muscle tone, flexibility, balance, mental focus and overall athletic ability. This class is for those with a
background in yoga basics that can safely practice proper alignment and breath.

Semi/Private Instruction
At the Roaring Fork Club we offer small groups and individual yoga instruction for Members of all levels. Yoga postures and breathing exercises are selectively chosen and developed to meet your specific needs. Members are able to learn and practice postures and breathing exercises at their own pace. For beginning students, this is a great way to start the learning of yoga with proper alignment and form.
